this is how the tennis session works
The Tennis Pass is the foundation of our adult training – a clear structure where you get to play, train, and develop together with others at your level.
Each session lasts 60 or 90 minutes and is led by a coach. We train in groups of six players on two courts, with a play-based format where technique, tactics, movement, and the mental aspect are woven in naturally. You train on everything – without having to choose a focus in advance.
We see the Tennis Pass as the trunk of a tree. Here you gain stability and continuity in your training. But just as a tree has branches, we also have sessions that delve into specific parts of the game:
Technique sessions – e.g. serve, forehand, and backhand
Tactics sessions – e.g. doubles tactics or match play through Winning Court
Fitness sessions – with a focus on footwork, movement patterns, and speed
You decide when and how often you want to train. Everything is booked session by session via Matchi, which makes it easy to adapt to your own schedule. You can play multiple times a week or now and then – without having to commit in advance.
The idea is simple: by combining the Tennis Pass with different types of specialty sessions, you get a more complete training over time. You practice, test, play – and develop step by step.
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or match experienced. Our structure helps you find the right level, play with the right people, and build further based on your own conditions.
All to ensure that you can play tennis for a long time – and have fun along the way.
You can either pay session by session or purchase a ten-session card.
