Young Guns
10-12 years
This is our own nursery where we turn to young players who have started playing matches and want to develop the basics required to conduct a really good tennis match.
The focus is on players learning to train in a good way and getting a taste for competitive tennis.
The education is aimed at the basics of technique, tactics, physical fitness, and mental aspects, with the goal of becoming an active competitive player, especially at the club and regional level.
Competition group
13-18 years
We are addressing players who have experience in competitive tennis. The player is an active competitor driven by the desire to play competitive tennis and wants to develop in order to perform well in matches.
The foundation of the program is between 50-100 matches per year combined with training 3-6 times per week.
The ambition is to create the conditions for long-term development towards regional and national top levels.
"Case by Case"
13+ years
A customized training and competition setup for players with the highest ambition where there is an extremely strong inner drive and a family that supports in a healthy way.
Together with our educated and experienced coaches, an individually tailored plan is created where the focus is on a long-term commitment towards international elite level.
Players who are relevant for this setup "live and breathe tennis" and have achieved results at the highest national level.
THIS IS HOW OUR COMPETITION OPERATES
Our competitive activities follow the school year and include about 35 weeks of training per season. The players in the program have different goals, but what unites them all is the desire to perform their best when it matters most. The training setup is shaped based on this, and each player normally trains 2–4 times a week. Each session includes both tennis-specific training and complementary elements that strengthen the whole – both on and off the court.
EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
The goal of our training is that each player, before high school, should have built a broad and stable foundation in technique, footwork, tactics, and mental skills. We work systematically to develop all parts of the game: being able to set goals, understand how to handle nervous situations, and become independent on the court.
When the player reaches high school age, it increasingly becomes about finding their own playing style – based on their strengths, physical conditions, and playing personality. Our training model is based on our coaches' experience but is also strongly inspired by successful tennis nations like France, Serbia, Italy, and Belgium – where technique, tactics, physical training, and mental training are integrated. All coaches in the organization have experience in competitive play and relevant training.
THE COMPETITION
Competition is a natural and important part of our operations – and something our players love. We participate annually with over 25 teams in various league matches. Players compete at different levels, from regional to national and international. Our coaches attend selected competitions and coach on-site – to connect training with real match environments.
OUR OBJECTIVE
To give children and young people a lifelong interest in competitive tennis.
To offer a solid sports education of the highest quality with tennis at the center.
To create Sweden's best development environment for players who want to reach regional, national, or international top level.
