Guide for Registration to the Tennis School – step by step
We have developed a new and simpler system for enrolling in our tennis school. It is based on direct links to activities in Matchi, which allows you as a parent to easily book your child – without complicated forms or the need to upload school schedules.
1. Create a Matchi account
To book, a Matchi account is required – it should be in the name of the guardian. When you register, you then select the child's full name in a designated field.
Create account: Go to www.matchi.se, click on "Create account" and fill in your details.
2. Your child receives a digital Players Card
Before each term, we send out a Players Card via email. It contains:
The child's name and playing level
Which ball is used (red, orange, green, yellow)
Suggestions for training groups to choose from
Direct links to registration via Matchi (these links can only be accessed through your Players Card and cannot be found on the Matchi page)
Information about camps, events, and breaks
Important to know about the Players Card:
Each Players Card is personal and designed specifically for your child – based on age and playing level. It is therefore tailored to provide the right type of training at the right times. It is not allowed to share the card or links with others, as they do not apply to other players.
Are you unsure about which level your child belongs to? Contact a coach for advice – you can find contact persons by ball color on the website under Children & Youth.
3. Book a time that suits you
When you click on a link from the Players Card, you will first arrive at a page where you see the text “Join this activity”. You can then choose to log in with your Matchi account via the web or by downloading the app. Afterwards, you will go directly to the training groups you can sign up for. If your child wants to train more times per week, you follow the same registration process using the other links in the Players Card. It is important that you enter your child's name in the registration.
NOTE: The registration is complete only when the booking is made and payment is done. You make a separate booking and payment for each training group. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
4. Frequently asked questions and special situations
We divide the groups according to the child's age to provide the best possible training.
Can I book for multiple children?
Yes! You only need to make separate bookings in Matchi – one for each child.
What happens if it's full?
You can queue via the same link. We will contact you if a spot becomes available or offer alternatives.
What happens if I want to change the time?
Contact us and we will try to help – space permitting.
Can you start if you are new to the club?
Yes! We recommend our courses for beginners which are either 4 weeks or a whole term. Read more under Beginner courses for children.
Is it possible to have a trial session before booking a whole term?
We recommend our beginner courses of 4 weeks. Read more under Beginner courses for children.
5. Conditions for participation
Booking and payment are required for the spot to be valid
Membership in the club is mandatory to participate in the tennis school. Membership is invoiced separately at the beginning of the term.
In case of prolonged illness or injury, the fee will be refunded against a medical certificate
In case of withdrawal in the middle of the term, the family is responsible for payment until the spot is filled
Cancellations of the spot can be made up to two weeks before the start of each training group
Full name must be provided when booking
Insurance for children applies according to the club's membership (contact us with questions)
